What happens if I order something and it doesn’t arrive?
Don’t worry – just give us a call on 0844 335 0209 and we’ll sort the problem out straight away.
If I return something, will you let me know when you’ve received it and refunded my card?
Yes – we’ll send you an email as soon as your refund’s been processed, letting you know when the money will appear back in your account.
I’ve recently sent an item back to you for an exchange. How long will it be before I receive it?
Once your returned lingerie has arrived back with us, we’ll promise to process the exchange within five days. So, allowing for postage in each direction, it should reach you in no more than two weeks.
Lingerie care
Can I machine-wash my bra?
To give your lingerie the love it deserves, we’d always suggest hand-washing your bra in cold water mixed with a little non-biological detergent. Never wring out your delicates – just leave them over a bath or outside to drip-dry.
How long should my bra last?
Of course, it depends how much you wear it – and how careful you are when washing/drying the bra. Oola Lingerie selects its fabrics specially to ensure they’re both beautiful and hard-working – so generally speaking, a properly looked-after bra should last up to one year. To give the fabric time to recover, try to avoid wearing the same bra two days in a row – and take a look at our care instructions for tips on washing.
What are the benefits of an underwired bra?
The underwire in your bra is designed to give added support, lift and definition meaning you need less cup coverage.

How often should I measure myself?
Everyone’s breasts change over time, whether it’s due to pregnancies, natural fluctuations in weight- even something as simples as a change in your contraceptive pill. To stay sensationally supported for life, set yourself a six month measuring reminder – even more frequent if you’re pregnant , breastfeeding or if your weight changes.
I’m shopping from overseas and not familiar with UK sizes. How do I convert them?

What forms of payment do you accept?
Oola Lingerie accepts most major credit/debit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron.
Will you charge my card as soon as I place my order?
Oola Lingerie will only take payment when your order is ready for dispatch.
If I request an exchange, will I be charged again for postage?
No – Oola Lingerie will only charge you for delivery once per order: so if you need to try a couple of different sizes, you can.
I’m shopping from overseas. How will I be charged?
All orders are charged in pounds sterling. If you use a credit /debit card registered overseas, the total amount you pay will be determined by your card issuer as well as the current exchange rate. Please be aware that your card issuer may charge a fee for currency conversion, so you may wish to check their policy before placing your order
